[ Great, snowed in. Just what she needed. And moreover, they're snowed in and she can't even seem to contact someone in particular - it's not like him to ignore a call from her at all, even if it's over these things, so.. probably gone, huh? Of course it's not like she can tell until she really checks, so in that case it's almost a little like Schrodinger's cat, but.. she's fairly sure.
In a way it makes things easier, but also harder. But then again, doesn't everything on this island?
Ange flops backwards onto her bed, lying there lazily as if she doesn't even feel like moving to begin with. She only uses voice, but even then it's pretty easy to hear in her tone that she's pretty bothered. ]
Great gift we got, huh? Here, have some snow, hope you'll still find some way to even get out of your houses before you starve. So are we going to get roasted next time we ask for a little bit of sun? Since of course the Rulers are so accomodating of our wishes, not as if they'd ever just give and take as they please. [ It's better for people to not be here. So in that sense, it's better, but.. is his death really that much better? Maybe she really could have found some way to save him, but it's too late now. So she can't help but be bitter. As if Ange would ever take loss well.
There's the sound of someone rolling over, and then when she speaks up again her voice is almost.. a little weird. It's half-muffled against her pillow, but there's something strangely genuine and almost emotional about it - not much like her usual more stoic tone. ]
