I don't think it's a good idea to just leave unless those Rulers have actually been defeated for good. I'd hate leaving unfinished business behind. And there's not much reason to go back anymore either...

[this is actually the first time he's seen his brother since the new changes. So, he stares for a moment, his mouth hanging open, shocked by the red eyes. And then he listens to what Germany says. This would also be the first time Germany has seen Prussia, though, and those great big wings sicking out of his back are impossible to miss. Yes, he can fly, too]

[He flinches a bit at being remembered, but then narrows his eyes in return.]

I intend to meet her. If there is a chance that we may be sent home then there is no harm in trying for it. Even if the Rulers regain control of this island, they would punish us whether or not we chose to stay in our houses, wouldn't they?

If she truly has the Rulers overpowered at the moment, this chance may be better used to rather take care of them for good is more what I was implying.

[ He nods slowly. If the Rulers have truly been overpowered then it should be safe to approach the castle. And if it's safe to get into the castle, the Rulers can be dealt with. It makes sense, strategically speaking, and it would prevent future abductions. ]

That's certainly true... If the Rulers are stopped now then no more people will be taken from their homes. But can we trust the World to stay friendly even after we're all gone? You've been on this island longer than I have - is she our ally?

She's saved almost all of us during a failed escape plan. When the other Rulers held us captive at the castle by force, she freed us. I talked to her for a bit back then.

From everything I heard from you and others it hardly seems as if I am truly to remain myself back home anyway. So where's the difference? And what good does it do if we leave without taking care of the Rulers first only to be brought back here in a matter of weeks, months, maybe years? And even if it's not us... It's... Irresponsible to let them go on like this.

From what I have seen, and been told, when you leave this island, you forget all about it. Sometimes you remember if you are brought back, mais, otherwise, you return completely as yourself.

[Francis gives a brief nod.] I agree, the Rulers must be stopped. But I am still not so sure I trust the World at all. The last time we were in the castle, we were caught and plunged into our deepest nightmares. She said she could not hold them long, and she didn't.

She could always be one of them.

There's a risk to it, that is true. But for some it sure would be a better choice to take the chance to leave.

[Belgium noticed the communicator but she simply ignored it for the time being. Once she heard Germany's voice, she stopped cooking. She looked at it for a moment, but she threw the comm. to the side with a scuff. There was no way she was going to talk to Germany; Not if she could avoid it, anyway.

He might catch her grumbling in the background, even though all he will see is the kitchen and part of her hair and her hairbow. She still had her Little Red Riding Hood outfit on, but she had the hood down and her sleeves pushed up.]

[Marie has been very careful as of late with Germany. She's still not sure what she said that upset him, but she doesn't want to upset him anymore. Especially with Napoleon, her only other friend having disappeared. Her huge lengths of hair that is now pooling on the ground when she leaves it down is braided and looped around her head to sit over her shoulder.

She carefully poked her head into his room and frowned at him as her hair dangled a bit into her eyes.]
