[So after this guy's apperance yesterday, Waver has been restless. Nah, you know what, restless is an understatement, he's been pacing back and forth, trying desperately to read only to give up and generally a ball of nerves because of Ryuunoske's arrival and past actions.

Time to do the responsible thing and go on video to deliver a warning, stepping into authority mode.]
