[ Hello Arc. That is indeed a tiny, yellow, and absurdly fluffy bird hopping around on a communicator, singing something that vaguely resembles an anthem of some sort. An intelligent eye peers into the camera, before the bird flutters away, only to settle on what looks to be a mop of black hair. The angle's a little awkward, certainly, but it's clearly a person - and a hand comes down to slam the communicator shut, a name audible from the bird before the feed is cut off. ]
