majorarc[ The wheel in the shopping district begins spinning at midnight, and lands on The Moon again. As you sleep, your compact glows dully, before suddenly the glow around it "breaks" like glass, making a gentle popping sound as it disappears. Then, nothing else happens.
Justice and her minions are conspicuously absent when you wake up, but her sister Judgment has taken her place in front of the wheel in the Silver District. Despite her quiet voice, everyone can hear her clearly as she speaks, all over the island. While she speaks in only one language, her voice is heard to be in the language that your denizen speaks, so that you can understand her.
"The Moon has once again been chosen. The effects have already taken place. You may contact us if you require anything."
And without another word, she disappears. Enjoy your new language, denizens! ]
