majorarc[ Lets start the celebration of Halloween! You all wake up in the costume of your choice, but for some reason it won’t come off! When you walk outside, you notice that the wheel in the shopping district is sitting on The Moon. The weather is crisp, but the day is stuck at a perpetual twilight, just for added effect.
Justice stands below it, with a few of the cackling minions. In a booming voice, she speaks, and you can hear her no matter where you are on the island.
“The Moon has been chosen. Given her abilities, she will be putting on the most excellent party for Halloween. Just remember, things can be rather scary during this time, and The Rulers are more then happy to assist you with anything you need. Please enjoy the celebration.”
With that, she disappears, but not without a high pitched cackle. Happy Halloween, denizens!! ]
