[Russia entered the war with a bang, and, now five years later, he found himself being pressed on all sides. Sweden pressing from the North, France from the West, Russia from the East, and Austria... AUSTRIA from the South.

It was a war that he might not win. England was also starting to back out, it seemed. How could he? Abandon him like that. And Old Fritz, his health didn't appear all that good. What if he died?

When he speaks, it's in German]

Old Fritz, don't... Don't die. [he wasn't crying, he wouldn't cry. He was too awesome to cry. Okay, so what were a few manly tears between friends?] I need an awesome strategy! This can't be it! Maybe... maybe I could have Elizabeth assassinated... No... that would unite them stronger! Why, why does it have to be you and not her dying?

[EVENT] day sixty-nine: thursday, september 29

[ The Empress has awoken, and with her, the Rulers. The World is forcibly taken from the group, and knocked out by Justice and Judgement. The Empress is a beautiful woman, wearing all gold with a venetian mask. Her hair is long and brown, similar to The World's but straight.

"If you want to go home so bad, then so be it."

When she waves her hand, you will fall into a deep sleep....

☽ full moon 10 || minato's dream ☾

[ The world is painted in shades of green and yellow, and splashes of blood pool in low spots and trickle down the walls of buildings. The moon overhead has opened up like an egg, and what looks almost like a great red eye glares out across the darkened world. Everything is cold and quiet, save for the eerie whispers of Shadows and the echoing, wordless moans of the fallen - those few human survivors left, lying slumped here and there on benches, in the middle of streets, in cars - wherever they were when The Fall came. One look in their eyes, and you can see they're gone - just moving bodies left behind to die of starvation or thirst, while their souls have been taken away, eaten by the Shadows that crawl the streets.

A great tower stretches into the sky in the distance - some architect's nightmare, it twists and undulates and seems to defy all laws of physics as it reaches up towards that horrid moon.

And Minato stands at its top, surrounded by a circle of his friends' corpses, staring out at what has become of the world with wide-eyed horror. He is, of course, no longer on his way to becoming a dragon - in this dream, he's dressed in his school uniform with a red armband, and in one hand he clutches a gun-like device, while in the other he's holding a sword. But his hands are trembling, and soon enough, they just slip from his fingers to the ground, as he stares. He stumbles back a step or two, only to trip backwards over one of the bodies - a while fluffy dog, whose red eyes are rolled back and whose tongue lolls limp upon the ground.

This is a world where he failed - a world where everything is dead and dying.

Minato does not remain in shock for forever, and soon enough, he recovers enough of himself to make a desperate grab for that gun, which he lifts to his head, and fires --!

Is he ending it all in the face of his despair? Or is there something else going on here..?
