[He pans the camera to the rest of the room, in which are several mannequins wearing the items he has sewn himself, by hand, in only four days. There are multiple orders for some of the people he listed, there are certainly more than nine pieces of clothing in the room. And they are by no means hurried or rushed; they all look quite professionally done. The camera pans back shortly after, with Francis still giving a smile.] Any of you may come at your earliest convenience to try them on, so I may make any adjustments necessary, and pay your bill. Ah, Madoka, you do not need to worry about payment, yours have already been taken care of.
... speaking of which, if there is a Monsieur... [He checks a little handwritten note.] ... Lampo listening to this, I would like you to come to the Navy District, the last house, so I may take your measurements and make you some clothes. Your expenses have also been taken care of. Simply come by at your earliest convenience, s'il vous plaît. I will make you a shirt and a few pairs of pants, at your leisure.
And as for everyone else, if you would like to wear your clothes from home instead of what the Rulers provide, I would be more than happy to sew them for you, for a fee of course. I will be taking a little break from sewing anything, alors, it may take a little longer on yours, if you decide to use my services. Mais, it is well worth the wait, I assure you!
