((ooc: I'm running with the assumption that Minato never actually made out of the woods because of dumb luck with the dolls. Consequently, he's just spent two days in a forest populated by angry bears and wolves. And now his clothes are changing colors as per instructions located here. Therefore pleased be advised that I'll be RNGing which color clothes he has when he answers your character~. Be warned, too, that the colors are subject to change without notice.))

[ When the feed clicks on, it's clear Minato's back in his own room. He seems to be doing his best to keep the mirror at an angle that doesn't show much below his shoulders, but even just seeing his face, it's pretty clear he's not had the best couple of days. There are dark circles under his eyes, and he's got blood and dirt (and possibly a leaf or two) in his hair and on his face. He also seems a bit paler than normal and he doesn't seem to be able to sit quite steadily or hold the mirror particularly steadily. When the view dips a bit, it seems as though his (currently) pink clothes are also pretty roughed up. The sleeves had been torn off, and the rest of what's visible is dirty and, like his face, splattered in blood.

Despite all this, though, Minato is smiling. Positively beaming, actually, and he's humming a bit, though he stops this as soon as he's got the camera adjusted. The humming, that is. He keeps right on cheerily smiling otherwise. ]

It's great to be back, especially as the forest wasn't too fun to run around in. I hate to be a bother, but is there anyone around who knows much about treating injuries? I know I talked to Madoka-chan about medical supplies, but I'd really appreciate anyone who had some bringing them by - especially if you're any good at suturing... I know how, but it's a little hard to sew up your own arm...

Anyway, I live in the third house in the Navy District, in case you didn't already know...

[ And now Minato rants. ]

Because I never woke up a 'princess', I woke up in the forest. I was attacked by a bear, spiders, wolves -- We were supposed to collect these stupid dolls, and if we picked the right one, we could come back here. But of course the dolls all looked the same, and of course I managed to get the one with the needles twice. I kept getting sent around the damn forest for days.

... [well, he's not sure he'll still have wanted to kiss Mayuri if it wasn't for the fact that it was to do with the event, but still...]

I see. That sounds troublesome.

Tch. To say the least, yes.

[ pause ]

You wouldn't happen to know anything about stitches, would you?

Stitches? What kind? I don't know anything about them myself, but I know someone who does.

Sutures. For wounds.

Aa, no. Can't help you there then.

... damn. [ Minato just -- still seems pretty angry. And his outfit is still green. ] I'll have to do it myself.

What, you're supposed to know how to sew sutures? You're just going to aggravate your wounds if you don't know how to do it properly, you know.

... I know what stitch is normally used for sutures. I know how to keep thing sterile.

[ It still hasn't occurred to him or anyone else here, it seems, that there's a potion shop in the shopping district. It surely has healing potions that would bypass all of this. ]

But you're not a qualified doctor.

[ so let's have the mad scientist here think that up? ] Come to think of it, isn't there a potion shop in the shopping district? If this place is like one of those video games, you could probably get yourself healed that way.

[ yes! Mad scientists are just crazy enough to know things like this! ]

No... I'm not. [ And he seems pretty angry with that fact, given the way he bitterly growls it out. But the remark about the potion shop stops him, and he just stares for a moment. And then he opens his mouth to undoubtedly snarl something back, but his outfit takes this moment to shift in color.

Now it's pink, and Minato breaks into a joyful grin. ] Really? That's wonderful news! I've always hated getting stitches, so if the potions really work that way, that would be awesome. Thank you so much for the suggestion!

[ . . . if he didn't know better, this would be taking passive-aggressiveness to a whole new level. ]

... Yeah, good luck with that.

[ Minato outright giggles at that. ]
