[Francis beams to everyone paying attention on their compacts. He seems to be standing against the wall of his room, if the dungeon motif behind him is any indication. And he also seems to be wearing not only modern-day clothing, but colorful clothing, not something which would be allowed by the town's tailor for such a dark figure as the Phantom.]

You must have noticed my fabulous clothes, non? Would you believe they are handmade by none other than myself? [He lets out a bit of a chuckle.] Oui, oui, shocking, I know. I have been experimenting quite a bit with what and what we cannot summon with our imaginations. It turns out, while you cannot summon your clothes from back home - because it will disappear as soon as it appears - you can obtain the fabric and thread and the like, and make your clothes from your world this way.

This is where I come in, Mesdames et Messieurs. I will offer my services as a remarkable tailor - and as long as you can provide me with enough of a description of what you'd like, so that I may draw it out for you, then I will make it for you! Of course, this cannot happen for free. All I want in return are some of those little gold coins we all were given on our arrival. One coin per hour of work, that is all that I ask! Of course, bigger things will take longer, and therefore it is justified, non?

Simply Hibari? Very well. [Francis returns with his tape measure, a small smile on his face.] If you would, s'il vous plaît. [And he motions into his measuring room, which has all the windows covered for added privacy.]

[He nods, stands and strolls into the room, taking a quick glance around (taking note of all possible escape routes, etc.) before returning his gaze to the blond man. Shall they do the fitting for his shirt and jacket first?]

[... well Francis certainly doesn't seem very menacing, kid. :| No need to do that.] If you would, s'il vous plaît.

(( ooc: er. Quick question. What is he wearing right now? I'm not sure what his denizen is ;;; ))

[It's just in case. He's been caught in an ambush far too many times not to be wary of new places. Right, he should take off this outer jacket first, should't he.]

(ooc: Oh, er, I guess something like this? Here's other shots for reference. And his pants are just loose breeches tucked into his boots.)

[And once Hibari does that, Francis grabs his tape measure and get his chest, waist, and hip measurements, scribbling them down. Next are his shoulder and arm lengths.] Ah, if you would extend your arms, even with your shoulders?

[He silently complies, standing still as France darts around, taking measurements (his waist and shoulders are unusually narrow for a man); but there is not one complaint from him about the closeness of the other. It seems that his longing for some proper clothes overrides his customary prickly demeanor.]

[And after a little bit longer, he scribbles all those down, and finishes up whatever other measurements he might need. Which is a lot, but, better safe than sorry.]

I do believe that does it, for your measurements, Hibari.

[He lowers his arms once the other man has finished, rolling his shoulders once or twice before grabbing that outer jacket that he had shed for France to be able to take the measurements.]

When will it be ready?

I will send a message with the compacts, when everything is ready. It should not take very long - I have all the time in the world. [Literally.]

[Oho, awesome. Time for him to abscond, huh.]
