[See this? This is one Hibari Kyouya, looking rather bored - he's standing in the middle of the archery range (which is empty) with his bow in hand and his quiver of arrows slung over his shoulder. He glances around, before addressing the communication device.]
Someone fight me.
[IN PERSON]
[If there's anyone passing by the training grounds, they'll see Hibari practicing his marksmanship; feel free to join him, or challenge him to a fight. He'll gladly oblige you. Hey, he might even agree to having an archery contest!]

[action]
Your posture sucks.
[action]
Really.
Re: [action]
[Best to break him out of any bad habits now... before he gets too set on shooting incorrectly.]
[action]
[So deadpan. If you're so fussy about it, G., come here and show him how to do it properly.]
Re: [action]
whippersnapperVongola how it was done.Naturally G could string his bow in his sleep, but he actually takes his time with ti this time, making sure Hibari could take note. When finished he gets into position and draws the string to make sure the draw length was enough for him to pull his arm all the way back comfortably. Then, he knocked an arrow to his bow and drew back.
He took a deep breath, and then exhaled as he let the arrow fly hitting the target dead center.
and he topped it all off by giving Hibari a cocky little smirk]
Re: [action]
That little cocky smirk has him scowling darkly - he can now see what his posture is supposed to look like, and corrects it accordingly. But really, G. didn't have to show him how to string the bow. He knew that much already. Really, he did.]
Tch.
Re: [action]
Exhale when you shoot.
[action]
[Despite his words, he steps up and follows the other's advice, exhaling before he lets go of the string that he had drawn back, the arrow flying straight and true into the heart of the target. Hmm. That's... helpful.]
Re: [action]
Clearly.
[He lights up another cigarette and turns towards Hibari]
Try two.
[action]
[Oh, fine then. So he just needs to steady himself... take aim... exhale, and let go.
There we go. The two arrows fly straight into the center of the target, though he's not quite up to the standard where he can split one arrow in half with the other.]
Re: [action]
[He pauses to take a nice calming drag from his cigarette before bothering to respond]
It's the same as shootin' a gun. Try to anticipate their movement and aim for the biggest hunk of flesh you can see. Doesn't always matter if you miss vital points, if y'hit 'em enough they'll go down, or leave you a pretty red trail to follow.
[action]
... I see.
[Scowl. Now leave him alone so he can practice in peace.]
Re: [action]
and maybe he's just enjoying the weather a bit]
[action]
Re: [action]
Ugetsu might be able to give you some pointers with that thing.
[action]
... Hnf.
[But will he be humble enough to ask the Rain Guardian, is the question.]
Re: [action]
That fluff-head won't bite y'know. He's been lookin' for a sword anyway. Bet if you could get him one he'd be glad to spar with ya... get him off my ass for a few hours...
[action]
[Pft, it's no problem with the sword - he's already got a spare stashed away in his room. The First Rain Guardian can have that one.]
Re: [action]
Do what ya want. In the end it doesn't matter to me.
[action]
[Fine then, he'll be ignoring the redhead. He's got stuff to do.]
