[See this? This is one Hibari Kyouya, looking rather bored - he's standing in the middle of the archery range (which is empty) with his bow in hand and his quiver of arrows slung over his shoulder. He glances around, before addressing the communication device.]

[If there's anyone passing by the training grounds, they'll see Hibari practicing his marksmanship; feel free to join him, or challenge him to a fight. He'll gladly oblige you. Hey, he might even agree to having an archery contest!]

There we go. The two arrows fly straight into the center of the target, though he's not quite up to the standard where he can split one arrow in half with the other.]

It's the same as shootin' a gun. Try to anticipate their movement and aim for the biggest hunk of flesh you can see. Doesn't always matter if you miss vital points, if y'hit 'em enough they'll go down, or leave you a pretty red trail to follow.
