I mean what I say. I've tried summoning a cell phone, a laptop - both of them exploded. Disappeared just as quickly as I had made them appear. I suppose you might try making one on your own, but even then you probably would need to use a generator for electricity...

... then again. These seem to work electronically. It may simply be personal electronics that are off-limits. If that is the case... there may be a loophole, of sorts.
