[See this? This is one Hibari Kyouya, looking rather bored - he's standing in the middle of the archery range (which is empty) with his bow in hand and his quiver of arrows slung over his shoulder. He glances around, before addressing the communication device.]

Someone fight me.

[IN PERSON]

[If there's anyone passing by the training grounds, they'll see Hibari practicing his marksmanship; feel free to join him, or challenge him to a fight. He'll gladly oblige you. Hey, he might even agree to having an archery contest!]

[He raises an eyebrow, staring down at the device and the smirking woman.]

Who are you.

[If you're going to give him a fight, then good. Get your ass out here. If you're just wasting his time, then GTFO.]

You can call me Hungary. And I'll be the one to fight you, since you want to be so brazen.

.. Hou?

[An answering smirk curls on his lips, and he fingers the hilt of his sword with his free hand. Clearly he's just waiting for her to come out.]

Show yourself, then.

I will be there in a few minutes. [and she ends the connection. this should be interesting...]

[Ah, finally someone to fight in this wretched place. Now, if only he had his tonfa... But he'll have to contend with using the sword for now.

He's already waiting in the sparring ring, having abandoned his bow and quiver of arrows, when Hungary arrives. Actually, he's busy practising some of the moves that he'd picked up from watching Yamamoto Takeshi and the loud shark spar.]

[Hungary was meeting so many interesting people here! so what if she'd lost a lot of her hair. as long as she wasn't changing further she would be fine. aside from all that wretchedness, this place wasn't too bad... not that she didn't want to figure out how to get home. but if she was stuck here she was going to try and keep her spirits up.

she finally found her opponent and she drew a sword that she'd found when she went into the woods. heh, a cocky bastard, just like a certain other country she knew]

So you want to be reckless, do you? [she looks elegant, poised, but also toughened from centuries of war]

Not if I know what I'm doing.

[This woman... seemed to know what she was doing, which was a refreshing change. He moves slowly, but surely, pacing, measuring her ability, eyes ever watchful. His bloodlust is almost visible, the air around him gathering a rather dark and murderous taint to it - and then he moves, quick as a darting shadow, ducking down low to the left and sweeping out with the sword, aiming for the woman's legs.]

[Hungary easily avoids the sword by jumping out of the way. how fast he was! it was admirable for a human. at least she believed him to be human. it was her turn to move, and she ran at him with sword aiming to strike]

[Of course he was a human. It wasn't time for a discussion, however - he had more pressing things to worry about, like the sword that was heading towards his torso. He flicks his own sword up to deflect the weapon to one side, the rasp of metal against metal making him smirk - it seemed that this woman had some strength to her, judging by the force behind the blow. His turn - Hibari leaps away before moving in to attack once again, whirling and letting the momentum of his movements carry his sword into a devastating attack, raining down blows on the other.]

[each strike is expertly blocked, though Hungary is taking steps backward on account of the force. she smirks back. this guy sort of reminded her of Prussia, so arrogant but skilled ~~also that bird~~. she finally manages to duck and roll to the left, jumping back to her feet again and putting some distance between them. this was a fun game. she missed being aggressive]

[Ah, clever. He watches the woman (Hungary, was it?) jump back to her feet on the other side of the ring, slowly rolling his shoulders - that this woman managed to block each and every strike made her interesting, indeed.]

[His smirk grew wider as he flicked the sword from his right hand to his left - being ambidextrous was a good quality in this situation, really. How would the woman respond?]

[rather impressive. Hungary merely smiled before coming at him again with wide and powerful slashes]

[He saw no point in clashing against the woman just yet, easily avoiding each slash, weaving in and out. At some point, though, he decides that he's been playing around too much, and parries a strike, pressing back hard against the other with a somewhat feral grin, face far too close to Hungary's. That's before he abruptly brings up a knee to strike the other in the stomach (and hopefully make her flinch). No one said that they had to play fair, after all.]

[the knee does catch her off-guard, and she stumbles back for a moment, getting far enough away to not be caught by Hibari's blade. alright, we were going to do things this way? Hungary tossed the sword aside and, instead, pulled out a frying pan from under her skirt (how did she hide it?)]

[... A frying pan? Well, let's see how this goes. He darts forward, feinting to the right, but at the last moment, whirling and striking out at Hungary's left side.]

[she rolls underneath Hibari and gets behind him. and that is when she swings the pan right at his head]

[Intuition saves him from a concussion - he ducks just as the iron pan whooshes over his head, the wind ruffling his hair. He retaliates by whirling around and aiming to kick her hard in her side, before rolling away and standing in one smooth movement.]

[this time she is able to away from the kick just as it is about to get to her. once Hibari has moved she pauses for a moment to catch her breath. she would not be so winded if she were still a country. what an awful feeling, such a little fight has her tired already! she is reminded of when she had realized that her constitution and stamina was different than most of her peers. Hungary had struggled to make up for that... but it was apparent now, and it made her angry]

[He rolls his shoulders, sword still in hand, posture relaxed - he's ready for whatever she's going to attempt to throw at him. So far, this has been fun, but if she's not going to move, then he's going to.]

[Hungary is far too stubborn to give in, no matter how exhausted this fight will make her. she waits patiently this time, planning her next move. Hibari is free to go first...]

[Alright, time to attack again. He rushes forward, sword held at the ready, but just before it seems as if he's about to strike Hungary, he leaps high into the air, somersaulting over the other and striking out with his sword sweeping towards her head.]

[she bends at the waist, backwards, narrowly missing a stab to the face. once the sword is out of harm's way, she gets the frying pan handle into her mouth and does a backwards handspring.

after she is on her feet, she moves in for another attack with her weapon. it may look silly to some, but she uses the frying pan very seriously. it was her weapon of choice when fighting with Prussia and France, after all. she feigns for the head but suddenly moves left and attempts to knock the sword out of Hibari's hand]

[Oh, he knows all about unusual weapons. After all, he usually uses tonfa, which are more suited to defence than offence, but he manages to make them work.

After he lands, he twists around immediately, reading through the feint easily and flicking his sword to his other hand to avoid it being knocked from his hand. His now free hand moves to block the frying pan, though the force behind it does cause his eyes to narrow slightly, betraying the pain that he feels. He doesn't stay stationary for long, though, gripping the frying pan so that Hungary cannot pull it away, and with the sword, stabbing towards the other's head.]

[even with her frying pan being held captive, Hungary doesn't let go. she moves her upper body this way and that to avoid the sword and then brings her leg up to knee hibari in the gut]

[Using the same trick that he had used on her, huh? He lets go of the frying pan and quickly moves to avoid the knee, dodging to the side and drawing back his arm for another thrust at her torso before backing off slightly, out of range of the frying pan.]
