[he considers it] Ich don't know if it it will work. [he is concerned by the fact that it seems his imagination is what creates things and if the plumbing thing isn't magic, he might not be able to imagine a book about it]

[she totally gets that] Maybe not for you... [but out of the goodness of her heart, she'll look after you, because you're a kid! her face moves from the screen for a moment, and there is silence followed by a flash of light. she then turns back to the video holding several books] These are some books from my house! But I imagined them to be in your language so you can read them.

[about a half-hour later, upon figuring out where Hungary lives he's knocking quite loudly and rapidly on her door]

[she answers the door holding the books, looking proud of herself. Hungary has a lot of pride, especially when it comes to comparing herself to Prussia. Part of what makes them friends is because they never back down to each other]

[Hungary hands Prussia the books. it's so useful to make books] This is a book on plumbing from my house. But I also made other ones about electricity. You might enjoy that.

Ah, eeleck- [emphasizes the k sound, though if Prussia doesn't get it, it's okay. it is an english word, after all. but Prussia will be able to read it in German] trih-sity. It is what happens when you turn on the light... Have you tried that in your house? Flipping the switch on the wall? Then the room becomes full of light. That is because of electricity.

[blinks. Prussia actually thanked her. after watching him run off, she smirks. he seems so innocent right now. as long as he does not know what happens to him later, he'll be able to keep that innocence.

a brief thought crosses her mind, and her face almost becomes excited for a moment. but it fades away and she shuts the door. as long as Prussia didn't have Austria to pester, she could get along with him]
