[ Hello Arc, this particular communicator seems to have fallen into the paws of some very energetic pups, because the poor thing is being batted around by several of them, tumbling from pup to pup, and it doesn't look like the torture for the communicator will end anytime soon.

Actually, that's wrong, because it's suddenly been plucked away from the pups by someone's hand and snapped shut. A time later, a text appears across the networks. ]

[He will never understand what makes him such a viable chew toy for animals, but, as it is, it seems his fate has been officially sealed by the new addition to his leg. Standing still, he watches with mild amusement as the Cloud attempts to and, rather successfully, manages to retrieve the wolves from their weak clamp.

He takes hold of little Hiba chan as she's offered to him, his mind more focused on the current conversation than the pair of fluffy rascals — despite the fact that his next switch in topic happens to be related to them.] So, where did you get these brats? Bite R Us? [weighs the tiny wolf in the palm of his hand, glancing down at her]

Hardly. [ He scritches behind his pup's ears absently, fingers avoiding the snapping teeth deftly. ] I moved them from the forest after their pack died. [ If Gokudera wants a full explanation, he's going to have to ask - otherwise Hibari is going to turn on his heel (now that he's finished dealing with, uh, Hiba chan and her tendency to bite her owner) and stroll back over to his room. Better grab him quick if you want answers, man. ]

[Nah.

He's just going to do one better. Since he never knows what's good for him, instead of stopping the Cloud from leaving, he decides to follow after him. Quite casually. With the pup in arm. After all, hadn't he "promised" that he would continue a previous conversation (disregarding the then current topic of said conversation) just a short while back?]

[ He glances back over his shoulder and resists rolling his eyes - because really, trust the stubborn ass to try and keep the conversation going - instead making his way to the lounge and sprawling carelessly across one of the seats there (thankfully not the couch, but one of the armchairs closer to the fireplace).

The wolf pup makes a sound of protest and scrabbles back down to the ground proper, where he trots back over to sniff at Gokudera's feet and yip at his sister. Thankfully he's not trying to bite the Storm again. ]

Because I know who killed them. [ Hint: the answer is him. And Mukuro. ]

[Joining him in the living area, Gokudera sets Hiba chan down onto the floor to join her sibling before stepping over the little yipping wolves. He then takes it upon himself to occupy the couch — or, at least, the armrest of the couch. Resting his arm along the top of the furniture, he lets one of his legs dangle off to the side as he focuses his attention on his housemate.]

And who'd killed them? [He has a hunch about who the culprit behind it is. But, then again, he can't be entirely sure either considering said culprit is clearly an animal lover. Of course, that "animal lover" title usually only applies to small animals.]

Rokudo. [ yeah, you heard right. It wasn't him. (actually it was but he's not going to say anything about that nope). Why, does it look as if he's about to doze off? Maybe because he is about to - it should probably say something that he's grown accustomed enough to Gokudera being around that he doesn't care if the Storm sees him asleep or not. ]
