Yes, that's that unfriendly, disbelieving nation that was on the network a mere week ago, displaying a sour mood and willingness to yell at everyone and their pet rabbit. Considering he's been stuck on this island for a week now, still fails to understand the time difference between the present nations and for some odd reason is wearing this when appreaing on the screen... His mood is not one bit better than before. In fact, he looks ready to strangle someone. Just that that's difficult with plush hooves covering his hands. Tough luck.]

[Note the remotely dangerous intonation.]

What... Is the meaning of this? Who was that woman and where is she now? Also, who is responsible for this ridiculous costume and how do I take it OFF!?! [And he's only getting louder.] I didn't give permission to this infamy so I demand that my person gets freed from this-...this...THIS!

[His voice becomes more of a growl.] Unless whoever did this wants me to hunt them down personally. [And this is where a plush-hoof comes into view, shaking angrily. Yes, this would have been a fist. Only that a fist would be far more intimidating.] But once I get my hands on you, I sewar I will-- [But... Germany cuts himself off, glancing down at his ~~hoof~~ hand. His right eyebrow twitches. Luckily, his face is pretty red already due to simply being angry, so the rising embarrassment isn't too obvious. Oh, the humiliation.]

[He ends up quickly pulling his hand down again and clears his throat, continuing in a somewhat calmer, yet still upset voice.] What I meant to say is... I'm not going to tolerate this! Regardless who is responsible for it. I will find them. And they shall be rightfully punished! Unless they want to surrender willingly. If that is the case, this is your chance!

[The next thing Germany sees on the compact screen is a skeletal face wearing all red. But the voice from behind it is easily recognizable, not just from the accent.]

This is all due to the Rulers again, Allemagne.

[As he speaks, the jaw of the skeleton mask moves with the words, adding a morbid touch. France reaches up and tugs at his own skeleton mask as hard as he can, in front of the screen, to no avail. Instead, he manages to shift the top of the mask up, so that Germany can see his face. Still, he can't remove it, not even the large-brimmed hat, though it does seem he can shift it to accommodate the mask.]

I am afraid this is how it always is, with the Rulers. Always playing some little trick, always using us for their amusement. You heard that woman's voice yourself, non?

[He will deny this later, but Germany does flinch a little at the skull appearing on his screen. But as soon as he hears the oh-too-familiar voice... He goes right back to scowling.]

W-what are you wearing, Frankreich?! [Which also translates into: 'Don't you dare scaring me like this ever again!' But that translation, too, will be denied.]

But, ja. I heard the voice. Who was that and what was she talking about?

[Nessiah has chosen not to show himself out of a similar embarrassment.]

It would be wise to calm yourself before making rash decisions.

Oh. And who are you to think you can direct demands at me?

[Glaring. So. Much. Sure. he may be dressed as a sheep, but that doesn't mean he can't glare anymore.]

That is one of the group who is allied with the Rulers. That was Justice... Judgement, also, is one of them. And then there are the Empress and, supposedly, the Emperor. They all seem to follow cards of the Tarot... hence why she talked about the Moon.

[Nessiah turns on the video for this, as he doesn't want to explain it. He's blindfolded as always, and his costume... is a devil. Horns, barbed tail, red everywhere. It's tacky, it's ridiculous, and it's obvious by his expression that he hates it.]

[O~kay. This takes a moment to register and come to terms with. The irritated twitch in Germany's scowl marks the progress. Finally, he lets out something akin towards being a muffled groan before grimacing.]

Verdammt. It's not some kind of carnival going on, I hope.

[Though he basically could know better, Germany's been a bit busy as to keep track on the cultural developements taking place at America's place during the past few decades. Stupid wars.]

[ Totally hiding behind voice here, since.. well, yup, the costumes sure are embarassing. And Natsuno isn't stupid enough to show himself off like that. He sounds vaguely annoyed too, but it's not as loud or obvious as with Germany. ]

And yelling at them is supposed to help?

[He secretly curses you for actually looking rather frightening while he himself runs around as Count Sheepula. But since there are already a lot of things that remain unsaid, this will just be added to that list.]

And you are saying it was them that did this?

[He takes a step backwards and crosses his arms while looking up and elsewhere for a moment, pondering. It's quite apparent that his communicator is lying on some table or something similar by then.]

Where are they?

[It's a tone that suggests you better tell him. But also one that may make you inclined to not do so unless you actually want him to storm off.]

I would not rule it out in this point in time.

[Well. Germany doesn't believe in hiding. He can't glare at people if he hides himself.]

[Oh, finally, someone who's speaking sense. Have a dude dressed like some sort of bug-themed superhero. What is visible of his face looks to be scowling.]

Once we do manage to get a hold of whoever is responsible for this, you'll have to get in line.

[He takes a moment to take in that appearance, but refrains from commenting about it.]

I hardly doubt you possess the necessary authority to tell me what to do.
