[She understands why there's more to worry about over a change in hair color here. Besides, it's alright to stroke his ego once in a while … especially since she blames herself for making them both gobble the past few days.]

[ He sighs. At least he's not sulking as much as he was when his hair was turned black. ]

Brown is the most ordinary hair colour in the world. Blonde - even black! - is more striking than... [he gestures listlessly to his head] This.

You'll always be far from ordinary Howl, no matter your hair color.

If you aren't going to use them anymore then it's a waste to just let them collect dust.

What if my hair turns back to its original colour? I'll need them then!

Then I'll sew you a different suit.

[ Hang on, let him think on this for a few seconds-- ]

I can choose the pattern and style, right?

[ He has the feeling Sophie is the type to sew whatever she thinks will suit him. ]

[She has good taste Howl. She knows what will look good on you.]

[ He hopes so, because at this point in time he has no idea whether to trust in her design skills. ]

It just seems a waste to throw them out. Francis took the time to make them for me especially.

I know Francis reuses clothing... Maybe, maybe we could give him what I don't need...

[ It's clear he still wants to hold on to his clothing, but it would be better if his discarded clothes were put to use by someone else, right? ]
