I have noticed there are a lot of new ponies here! You poor dears. You must be so confused. Well, I, Rarity, am here to help you out! I work at a lovely clothing store, and I have just started designing the winter line. Those horrid Rulers have taken away our money supply, but you don't have to worry about that with me! if you don't have money, I have decided to use what I have to pay for the fabric you will need to purchase a coat or boots. [this is the gift of the Element of Generosity]
Of course, this rule goes for everypony, from newcomers to those who were already here! Don't worry about it, darlings. I am happy to do it!
I also want to say that I have made some raincoats for my dear friends, Twilight Sparkle, Fluttershy, and my little Spike-wikey! [she steps back to reveal a couple pony mannequins like the ones from her home, as well as a little mannequin that looks like it is for a human child] As you can see, these are some of my best work! I have a little magic and am now able to sew my own clothes! Isn't that wonderful? I'm so happy!
[Twilight's rain-slicker and matching boots are dark blue with a light blue trim to look like Star Swirl the Bearded's outfit. and Fluttershy's is pink and white with holes cut out in the back for her wings. Spike has a red raincoat and brown rain boots]
